
ABOUT JOHN
John B. Kabandize holds an LL.B (Honours) Degree from Makerere University and successfully completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Centre in January 2000. He is pursuing an LLM Degree at Makerere University, with a focus on Environmental Law and Commercial Law, and is currently researching Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Investments in Uganda as part of his degree requirements.
John is an Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public, duly admitted to practice law in Uganda. He is a member of both the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
Specializing in Commercial Law, Land Transactions, and Environmental and Natural Resources Law, John offers expertise in investment legal advisory services, contract negotiation, and settlements. He has acted for and advised a wide range of international and domestic clients in commercial transactions.
In addition to his legal practice, John has extensive experience in environmental and natural resources law. He has served as a Legal Consultant and Researcher on major consulting assignments, with a particular focus on environmental and natural resources legislation. His deep expertise and professionalism make him a respected authority in his field.
