ABOUT SHAKIRAH
Since June 2019, Shakirah has been managing the operations of our Rwanda branch, bringing her extensive expertise and passion to the role. She holds a degree in Tourism from Makerere University, East Africa, and hails from Western Uganda, close to the Rwandan border, giving her specialist knowledge of both Uganda and Rwanda.
Shakirah’s expertise lies in hospitality and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations. She excels in organizing high-end tours and managing group bookings for MICE events, making her an invaluable resource for delivering exceptional client experiences.
As the Country Manager for Rwanda and Burundi, Shakirah oversees the coordination of all Pinnacle business activities in these regions. She provides guidance and training to staff while ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met with excellence. Her commitment to driving results, fostering team collaboration, and helping others achieve their full potential reflects her strong leadership and dedication to the organization’s mission.
