Day 2 Source of the Nile at Jinja, Uganda

Transfer to Jinja to see the Source of the Nile, the Mahatma Ghandi Monument, The River Nile Falls and Ssezibwa local Falls. Boat cruise on the Nile. Optional Rafting (on payment of extra)

Quad biking along the beautiful banks of the Victoria Nile is now a reality. There are more than a dozen quads and after a little spin on the practice circuit, it is time to explore the paths and trails that criss-cross the nearby countryside. It is huge fun if you’re doing it for the first time, and those with experience will love some of the longer trips. There are several spins available, starting with a one-hour short-haul safari, right up to a more adventurous one that takes half a day. Another popular option includes the twilight cruiser with a meal in a local home. Quad-biking specials are also available. Contributions can also made to local communities in the area. The Jinja Golf Club offers tennis and squash, and a nine-hole golf course. Golfers need to pay an extra for the clubs.
